Katelyn Rapoza

Math Chair and Teacher for Grades 7 and 8, Student Council Co-Leader

Katelyn Rapoza joined Our Sisters’ School in 2013, spending her first two years as an AmeriCorps teacher. She is the head of the Math Department and teaches grades 7 and 8 math, and is also the Student Council Co-Leader. Katelyn graduated from Bridgewater State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Special Education. During her time at BSU, she was actively involved in her sorority, Gamma Phi Beta, supporting philanthropic organizations and promoting social resiliency and confidence in girls. She also worked as an orientation leader welcoming new students into the community through diversity training and team building. Katelyn was drawn to the OSS mission due to her college experiences, her love of helping to build strong leaders, and her belief in the power of strong connections. Katelyn earned her Master’s Degree in Teaching from UMass Dartmouth in 2021. In her spare time, Katelyn loves being outdoors, doing crafts, going to concerts, and hanging out with her dog Sophie.
