Bethany Giammalvo

Bethany Giammalvo joined the OSS community in January 2022 as a health teacher. After graduating from high school in Exeter, New Hampshire, Bethany earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Boston University, and has years of experience as a certified early childhood educator and as an after-school program teacher. She is happily ensconced on the South Coast after living in different areas and has discovered her passion for progressive health education which involves sharing accurate information in developmentally appropriate ways.

Bethany is a certified Our Whole Lives curriculum facilitator for grades K-12 and particularly loves teaching middle schoolers. She also loves vegetable gardening, teaching herself carpentry, watching musical theater, traveling with friends and family, and cheering on her daughter at her many sports competitions.
